    Welcome to The Cabinkeeper!  We have combined 10 years of industry experience and the desire for Luxury Vacation Rentals to create a unique an one-of-a-kind Vacation Rental Experience.  

    Unlike most companies native to this area, our entire operation is virtual:  Eliminating the need and inconvenience of checking in and out.  When you stay with The Cabinkeeper, you'll have only one stop to make and that is at your exclusive vacation rental in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, or the Great Smoky Mountains. No need for driving all over the area and thru enormous amounts of traffic just to check in. You'll be ready to relax when you get here and we'll be ready for you when you do. Just come, use your access code and give us a call if you need anything. It's just that easy.

    We uphold the highest standards in cleaning and sanitation.  Your happiness is unconditionally guaranteed!  If upon arriving at your cabin you find it is not sparkling clean, appointed with the freshest of linens from top to bottom, and absolutely gorgeous, we’ll relocate you to another cabin or refund your money!     All of our Luxury Vacation Rentals are required to meet very strict criteria before they are available for our Guests to rent.  The following is a standard list of features required in each of our Cabins:
  • Fresh Duvets for every bed before a guest arrives (casings for comforters)
  • Plush high cotton linens for all beds, freshly cleaned from top to bottom. Always!!!
  • 100% Cotton Towels
  • His & Hers Robes in all Master Suites
  • Pillow Top Mattresses that are cozy and clean
  • Cable or Satellite Service
  • Jetted tubs in suites
  • Mountain Views
  • Local Phone Service
  • Safe & accessible roads & driveways (4 wheel-drive is NOT required!)
