Luxury Vacation Rentals:
We specialize in exclusive, luxurious log cabins that are available for nightly rental. Prior to each Guests arrival, all of our exclusive log cabins are properly cleaned and sanitized. Hot tubs are drained, cleaned, refilled, and treated after each departure. All log cabins are fully furnished and equipped with local phone service, cable or satellite, and most cabins include WiFi. Upon your arrival you will be treated to fresh cut flowers, gourmet chocolates, and freshly ground Starbucks coffee.
Property Management:
We provide management for luxurious log cabins throughout Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. All homes are required to meet very strict criteria before being Certified as a Cabinkeeper Cabin. We are an exclusive company managing only the finest cabins in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains.
Our experience in the industry is not just from working, but also from being a Cabin Owner. We
have seen first hand how poor property management can destroy an Owner’s trust and relationship. There are a
lot of property management companies that will say, “The Owner is number one!”. If that is the case, then why
are you being charged monthly for their costs of doing business? That is like going out to a restaurant for a meal,
getting the bill and seeing that not only were you charged to eat, but charged for the credit card processing, daily
maintenance of equipment, cleaning of your table, and so on. We believe, as a property management company that
you should only receive one (1) fee, and that is a management fee. Any additional charges would be due to abnormal circumstances, of which we would have prior authorization. You are also our Customer and without you we would not be in business.
The Cabinkeeper is very unique and we, unlike the competition, know that without you we would not be in
business. Our communication and customer service is unsurpassed. Our advertising strategies are unique and we
